The Oakhall Clubhouse is available for rent to any Oakhall homeowner. Rent is $50 with a $100 refundable deposit. Reservation for the clubhouse are on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are interested in reserving the clubhouse, please contact Matthew Dozier (mdozier@timmonsprop.com) at (615) 383-1777 Ex: 15.
Please be aware that this is a non-smoking environment. Also, we request that you do not place coolers on our beautiful new hardwood floors.
Oakhall Garage Sale - Saturday, April 30th
Oakhall Residents:
The date of the Spring garage sale has been set for Saturday, April 30th. Any and all homeowners are encouraged to set up a garage/yard sale on that day.
In an effort to generate customer traffic we have coordinated with the Highland Park and Carriage Hills subdivisions to hold our respective garage sale events on the same day. Additionally, a Goodwill Truck will be available that Saturday from 10am to 4pm on Ravenswood Farm Lane (located directly across the railroad tracks and Wilson Pike from the high school) and will be available to accept donations.
